Do my clients need to create an account?+
No. Clients receive a secure sign-in link by email and land straight in their portal. There's no password to remember.
Can a client see other clients' work?+
Never. Every portal is isolated at the database level: a client can only ever see the projects you've assigned to them.
How do clients pay invoices?+
Add your Stripe Payment Link (or any secure checkout link) to an invoice and your client gets a Pay button. Money goes straight to you — PortalFlow never touches card details.
What file types can I share?+
PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP, ZIP, DOC and DOCX, up to 50 MB each. Files are stored privately and served through short-lived secure links.
